Since I ride the bus most of the time to work, I "have the opportunity" to see and hear a lot of things. This week there were a few doozies...
Earlier in the week, crowded bus, I was sitting next to a guy with headphones and next to him was a gal on her phone. She was super excited to tell her friend all about her day, and lucky for everyone else, we got to hear it to. Doesnt bother me that much, but it clearly bothered the guy next to me. He was sighing and squirming, and finally when the lady got off her phone he gave her a piece of her mind. At the next stop she moved seats.
On that same bus ride (bonus!) on my other side was a "rough" looking guy who appeared to have all his poseessions in a clear garbage bag (hmmmmm)...during the bus ride he proceeded to go through the bag and on one piece of envelopes it read "discharge paperwork"...couple that with a clear garbage bag with all his belongings and my guess is that he just got out of the slammer. The interesting thing about this that made my experience interesting was that he was clearly angry..who wouldnt be I guess...each page of the paperwork that he read he dramatically crumpled up angrily and threw it in his clear bag. I just wasnt sure about him.
Then today, gotta love bus drivers. Mid way through the ride she calls for the owner of the bike hooked on the front to come up so that he can re-strap the bike on. The guy couldnt figure out what was wrong and kept saying "i never had to do that before" to which the driver responded...Trust me on this one, you dont want that bike to fall off. Pretty common sense, but hey, "i never had to do that before"
